Microdosing often refers to the taking of minute doses of psychedelic substances, however it is important to note that many substances can be taken in this way and many people practice it with a wide array of substances.
A microdose is typically considered 1/10 to 1/20 of a normal dose. Microdosing is intended to unleash a better version of you with very subtle/sub-perceptual changes and not whole-body effects. In essence, you experience the positive effects of the substance without the visual trip or intense psychedelic effects. It's also completely safe to do in the comfort of your own home.

This microdose is infused with traditional prayers and chants, and there is a potency that comes by connecting you to a 5,000 year old tradition and its ancestral guardians. It carries the vibration frequency of the master plant, but it is not the same as drinking a cup of ayahuasca.

~ Open your heart and connect with the Ayahuasca Vine. Invoke the spirits of Nature and set an intention for your microdosing experience. What are you calling into your life? What spiritual healing would you like assistance with? What information or guidance are you looking for at this time?
~ For spiritual study and dream journeying start with 6 drops before bed. You can increase to 10 drops per night as you feel the call. For immunity support, integration, & grounding, take 6 drops each morning and increase to 10 drops over time as you feel called. A minimum of 30 days of continued use is suggested. You can use both at night and in the morning if you feel called.
~ Track your progress: Keep a journal each day of how you are feeling physically, emotionally, spiritually. Keep track of your dreams. When we write down our dreams, we are also co-creating with the dream architects so they know we are paying attention. And, when we write down our experiences in this way we are also entering into a deeper study with the plants.
~ After a full moon cycle, take 7-15 days off to recalibrate and integrate from your microdosing experience. Take notice of how your thoughts and emotions are different. Observe what has changed in both your internal and external reality. If you feel called to continue microdosing after a 1-2 week break, you can resume the daily protocol as you feel called.
